Most commercial and retail units will be located on the ground floors of residential buildings, some in restored historic buildings and in a free-standing hall. All commercial spaces are modularly designed, which will allow for their easy adaptation in line with the needs of future tenants. Ultimately, we have planned over 11,300 m2 commercial and service space.

In the central place of SOHO by Yareal, a two-storey hall will be erected, referring to the industrial architecture of Kamionek.

In the latest stage - SOHO 16, we offer 1,420 m2 of service space located on the ground floors of 5 buildings. There will be 10 retail units with an area ranging from 80 m2 to 300 m2.
